Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- You must initiate the return within 15 days of receiving your order
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition
- You must provide proof of purchase (order number or invoice)
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Opened or used cleaning chemicals (including all liquid chemicals, sanitizers, and ready-to-use solutions)
- Personal care items (hand soaps, body wash, and sanitizers that have been opened)
- Custom or special order items
Return & Exchange Process

- Receive Authorization: Our team will review your request within 2 business days and provide return instructions

Refund Information
Once your return is approved and processed:
- Timing: Refunds will be issued within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item
- Method: Refunds will be credited to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error
Exchange Information
For exchanges:
- We will ship the replacement item once the original item is received and inspected
- Standard shipping charges apply for the new item unless the exchange is due to our error
- If the exchange item is of higher value, you will be charged the difference
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:
- Contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damaged product or incorrect item
- We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you
- You may be asked to return the damaged/incorrect item, with shipping costs covered by us
Commercial Account Note
For our commercial customers with business accounts, please include your business tax ID or account number in all return/exchange communications to expedite processing.
